Allana began her career with Australia at Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Following numerous knee injuries throughout the years, Allana switched to rugby union. Allana had her first ever union rugby game for women that was played with New South Wales as she was the star of the match that was played against Queensland. Allana has also added radio into her arsenal, performing regularly with the highest-rated Continuous Call Team on 2GB. Allana has a full teaching certification outside of sports. Allana Ferguson is the only Australian to represent Australia in both rugby sevens and the rugby league, and also touch. Allana Ferguson is a Jillaroos footballer as well as a rugby league player for Australia's Jillaroos team, was forced to come to an early end to her professional career in the sport after torn her ACL in a fourth occasion. The 25-year-old had previously torn the ligament on the same knee when she was between the ages of 15 and 17 and after a fourth tear this meant that Ferguson's playing time was over. Ferguson is the JILLAROOS team's player. The decision to leave was because of her fourth ACL left injury.
